Dining at Aman New York

A landmark dining destination

Aman New York adds to the depth and lustre of Manhattan’s exceptional dining scene with signature Aman restaurants Arva and Nama. Celebrating the traditions of rustic Italian and Japanese “washoku” preparation with a seasonal, local flare, Arva and Nama sit alongside the Lounge Bar, subterranean Jazz Club and a collection of alfresco dining terraces.

Aman New York’s culinary destinations, in the heart of NYC's Midtown, are currently open to guests and Aman Club Founders only, with the exception of The Jazz Club.

Arva at Aman New York

Drawing its name from the Latin word for ‘cultivated land’, Arva pays homage to Italy’s rustic, cucina del raccolto tradition, creating heart-warming dishes using the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients from local farms and fresh from the ocean.

Nama at Aman New York

Reflecting the palpable tranquility of Aman’s Asian roots, Nama combines the principles of washoku – Japan’s culinary tradition recognised by Unesco as an Intangible Cultural Heritage – with the finest seasonal ingredients available locally.

Garden Terrace

Welcoming year-round alfresco dining, the Garden Terrace - with its retractable glass roof, firepits and water features - offers sophisticated light meals and original cocktails served in a convivial atmosphere. A corner bar adds to the allure, with spectacular views overlooking the iconic crossroads of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street.

Lounge Bar

Open day to night, working fireplaces frame the Lounge Bar – Aman New York’s central hub - offering a sophisticated menu of light dishes, sharing plates and cicchetti served alongside premium drinks, original cocktails, craft beers, spirits, and fine wines.

The Jazz Club

A sophisticated space that brings back a sense of occasion. Aman New York reintroduces a quintessentially New York concept - the underground speakeasy. The nightly gathering space plays host to curated live musical programming, cocktails, light fare, and world-class events.
