The Space

Cool granite and white marble are offset with timeless honey-gold oak and dove grey Portland stone, while organic linen, cotton, bamboo and burnished pewter add to the serene atmosphere. Five treatment rooms include private dressing areas and showers, and the soothing soundtrack is provided by water cascading down a granite wall into the softly lit, 60-square-metre vitality pool.

As well as the indoor swimming pool and steam room, the fitness centre is equipped with Technogym Artis equipment including the Kinesis™ full-body training system, free weights and a core focus area. Personal training and sports massage can be arranged by appointment.

Aman’s spa treatments are tailored to provide guests with an exceptional personal experience. At the heart of the menu are four signature treatment journeys reflecting traditional rituals of renewal from China, Thailand, India and the Americas. Your therapist will help you choose which journey is right for you and tailor it to your needs.

Aman Skincare Range

Aman Skincare

Aman Skincare draws on the knowledge and wisdom of ancient wellness traditions while harnessing the power of nature. Grouped into three unique formulations - Grounding, Purifying and Nourishing - four treatments are available within each formulation: Massage, Body Polish & Wrap, Face Ritual and the Journey. Each treatment is further tailored to individual requirements.

Memberships

Membership is available in monthly, quarterly and annual packages, and includes full use of the fitness centre and spa facilities, complimentary use of overnight lockers, complimentary laundering of gym kit, a certain number of 60-minute personal training sessions or Aman Spa treatments, a certain number of guest passes, and a 10% discount on additional spa treatments.
