Experiences at Amanruya

The Aegean region of Turkey offers classical history and natural beauty in equal measure. On this fabled coastline, Unesco World Heritage Sites and towns with ancient names overlook picturesque bays, traditional Turkish gulets sail between islands, and villagers still practice age-old artisanal crafts. Situated in a quiet bay just north of Bodrum, Amanruya is ideally placed for exploring the region’s many attractions, offering bespoke guided tours tailored to individual interests.

Complimentary water sports

With clear turquoise water and untouched beaches, Turkey’s Aegean coastline offers idyllic sailing and rewarding fishing. Amanruya’s protected bay on the Bodrum peninsula is also ideal for water sports like snorkelling or canoeing, and a range of equipment is available at the Beach Club.

Fishing adventures

Amanruya has close relationships with local fishermen who know the best spots for catching sea bream, cane fish and black goby. Head off in the early morning or late afternoon with snacks and refreshments, then return to enjoy your catch – prepared by Amanruya’s chef – for lunch or dinner.

Cultural experiences

Amanruya offers a wide range of unique cultural experiences and excursions to the wealth of classical sites in the region, including ancient ruined cities and artisan towns nestled in nearby bays.
